Ryan Bradtke

Ryan Bradtke has nearly 20 years of Executive Compensation and Total Rewards experience spanning publicly traded, pre-IPO, and private companies across multiple continents. Most recently serving as Sr. Director of Global Executive Compensation and OUS Retirement Programs at Perrigo Company plc, Ryan led comprehensive global compensation strategies covering 34 countries with oversight of equity programs and employee annual incentives. Previously, he served as Global Leader of Executive Compensation, Equity & Retirement Programs at Intuit Inc. and as a consultant in the London office of Aon/Radford and the Chicago office of Pearl Meyer & Partners.​

 His areas of expertise include strategically focused global Executive and Board of Director compensation programs; short- and long-term incentive plan design and administration; US and international retirement and pension programs; competitive benchmarking and analysis; institutional shareholder advisory, compliance and consultation; regulatory compliance and disclosure (proxy statements, SEC filings, UK/FTSE requirements, etc.); and global remuneration structures and implementation. ​

He has extensive experience across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and life sciences, technology, financial services, and not-for-profit organizations, managing Compensation Committee and Board relationships, leading annual proxy statement cycles, and directing shareholder engagement initiatives. Ryan holds dual Bachelor degrees from Purdue University—a B.S. in Economics with specialization in Applied Mathematics and a B.A. in Political Science—and is a dual US and Italian citizen with extensive international experience.​
