
Scott Ross is the Co-Founder and President of RedRock Compensation Consulting. He specializes in equity compensation, with expertise in accounting and financial reporting for equity programs. With over 30 years of experience in both consulting and corporate roles, he helps companies evaluate, develop, and implement effective equity compensation strategies.
Before forming RedRock Compensation, Scott was a Senior Director at EMC Corporation, overseeing financial reporting for stock and equity compensation programs and international equity compliance. He also held senior consulting roles at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte Consulting, WilliamsMarston and Alliant Human Capital.
Scott is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). He earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Living in New York, he is an active member of his local Parents of Multiples chapter and enjoys soccer, outdoor activities, and spending time with his twins.

Kellie Fielding is the Co-Founder of RedRock Compensation Consulting. She is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in guiding strong customer relationships, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing business operations. Kellie is dedicated to streamlining processes, ensuring that every client engagement is clear, consistent, and positioned for long-term success. Known for her hands-on approach, she supports customers and client success teams from initial contact through goal achievement, providing thoughtful communication and measurable results.
Her background spans financial services, corporate relations, project coordination, and consulting, where she has collaborated with Fortune 250 organizations, high-growth startups, and prominent industry leaders. She has served as Director of Client Success at Performensation and held key roles at Alliant Human Capital, Morgan Stanley, and UBS AG. Kellie brings deep expertise in executive and broad-based compensation, corporate relationship management, and operational leadership.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Kellie stays current with industry trends, invests in continuous education, and actively cultivates strategic partnerships. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business and holds State Insurance Licenses in California and Washington.

Ryan Bradtke has nearly 20 years of Executive Compensation and Total Rewards experience spanning publicly traded, pre-IPO, and private companies across multiple continents. Most recently serving as Sr. Director of Global Executive Compensation and OUS Retirement Programs at Perrigo Company plc, Ryan led comprehensive global compensation strategies covering 34 countries with oversight of equity programs and employee annual incentives. Previously, he served as Global Leader of Executive Compensation, Equity & Retirement Programs at Intuit Inc. and as a consultant in the London office of Aon/Radford and the Chicago office of Pearl Meyer & Partners.
His areas of expertise include strategically focused global Executive and Board of Director compensation programs; short- and long-term incentive plan design and administration; US and international retirement and pension programs; competitive benchmarking and analysis; institutional shareholder advisory, compliance and consultation; regulatory compliance and disclosure (proxy statements, SEC filings, UK/FTSE requirements, etc.); and global remuneration structures and implementation.
He has extensive experience across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and life sciences, technology, financial services, and not-for-profit organizations, managing Compensation Committee and Board relationships, leading annual proxy statement cycles, and directing shareholder engagement initiatives. Ryan holds dual Bachelor degrees from Purdue University—a B.S. in Economics with specialization in Applied Mathematics and a B.A. in Political Science—and is a dual US and Italian citizen with extensive international experience.

Dan Walter is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), a Fellow of Global Equity, and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) who has provided solutions for equity and performance-based compensation for over 25 years. He specializes in the areas of pay for high-growth companies, executive pay, equity compensation, compensation, and pay for performance. Dan is considered one of the compensation industry’s “go-to” experts on the topic of equity compensation.
Dan is frequently requested as a dynamic and humorous speaker covering compensation and motivation topics. Speaking engagements include annual conferences for World at Work, NASPP, GEO, NCEO, AICPA, numerous webinars, and regional and local events. A prolific writer, Dan has written hundreds of blog articles and white papers. He is an active member of World at Work, SHRM, the Society for Certified Equity Professionals, the Global Equity Organization (GEO), and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). He is the founder of Equity Compensation Experts, which is the largest independent networking group for equity compensation professionals. He has earned the designation of Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) through the Global Equity Organization, Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) through World at Work, and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) through Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

Mary Jo Brown (MJ) brings over thirty years of experience in human resource and management consulting. She specializes in total rewards solutions, client partnerships, and strategic project management, delivering best-practice approaches that strengthen client businesses, people, and culture.
MJ is committed to learning and assisting organizations with management needs. She has developed processes and tools to identify workplace risks and recommend Kaizen countermeasures and has collaborated with various stakeholders to manage change and align with business objectives. MJ has led and managed projects and teams.
MJ has consulted for publicly-traded (Fortune 500) and private companies, government entities, foundations, and non-profit organizations across various industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Spring Arbor University and an associate in business administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. MJ is a Senior Certified Professional (SPHR-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) with the Human Resources Certification Institute.
